What we can do to live up to the legacy of Brown v. Board of Education

Sixty-one years ago, the United States Supreme Court removed Jim Crow from the front of the classroom in Brown v. Board I. A year later, in 1955, the Supreme Court said in Brown v. Board II that we need to move with “all deliberate speed” to make sure that we open up the doors of opportunity to millions of African-American students. AEI Resident Fellow Gerard Robinson explains what still needs to be done to live up to the legacy of Brown v. Board.
