BATON ROUGE -- Baton Rouge drivers can expect delays on area interstates later due to police memorial service.
WAFB TV reports drivers are being advised Thursday to expect closures and heavy delays on Interstate 10, I-110 and I-12 from around noon to 6 p.m. due to memorial service for fallen officers at Healing Place Church on Highland Road.
Vice President Joe Biden and other national leaders are scheduled to attend.
