A state district court grand jury returned indictments Thursday against four out-of-state men who were accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl in May.
Levy Eidson, 22, and Dakota Oneal, 21, both of Georgia, along with Treavor Windsor, 19, and Jared Walker, 19, both of Alabama, were indicted on one count each of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
The men were brought back to the area in September and were charged with first-degree rape.
According to Lake Charles police Deputy Chief Mark Kraus, the victim said she was pulled into a vehicle at the West M Apartment Complex on McNeese Street on May 24 and was sexually assaulted.
Kraus said the men were part of a group from out of state working at a local job site and staying at the complex.
