It’s KITM’s Zeitgeist Friday! The National Enquirer and The Wall Street Journal battle it out for the hearts and minds of Americans, and David Waldman and Armando prepare us to become weekend-conversant. Donald Trump had one of those days yesterday, which is likely to be the same today, but with more golf, and even more talk about which publications are the fakest news. Coincidentally, there’s that other thing, about Trump and Russia and Michael Flynn and such. Donald Trump would rather we assumed he was a senile sociopathic misogynist than to assume that he colluded with Russia, for some reason. Speaking of collusion, Gingrich money man Peter Smith helped writer David Brock publicize Clinton allegations. Speaking of witch hunts, here is what a real one looks like, in North Carolina state government. Speaking of autocracy, Trump’s voter fraud probe is compiling “full first and last names of all registrants, middle names or initials if available, addresses, dates of birth, political party (if recorded in your state), last four digits of social security number if available, voter history (elections voted in) from 2006 onward, active/inactive status, cancelled status, information regarding any felony convictions, information regarding voter registration in another state, information regarding military status, and overseas citizen information” of everyone, on the orders of this dimwit. Donald figures he should just eliminate Obamacare and starve any holdouts out. As a hateful, lazy, profiteer, Trump likes to think of urban areas from the ‘70s, because that’s the easiest era to hate and shill money with. So, are you trusting your computer security to Russians?
