Prioritizers and planners are more likely to be recognized and promoted, leading to fewer emotionally intelligent big-picture thinkers who solve problems through methods like daydreaming. Tate says balancing these types of work styles leads to having people who focus on the big picture as well as the details in both ideas and execution.
