Queens University of Charlotte (N.C.) Knight School of Communication and the American Press Institute will hold a Super Tuesday event to discuss some of the most divisive and difficult topics in this year’s presidential election.
Community activists and journalists who cover them will discuss their roles in examining social issues such as race and gender, immigration and more. The session will also include a demonstration of top data and tools to help inform voters on these issues accurately and responsibly, including the newly released TV Political Ad Archive.
The event will be held from 12 noon to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 1, on the main campus. The lunch and event are free, but space is limited. Please e-mail us for a registration form and more information.
